My coworkers love this place. They go bananas for it

We drove 20 mins to try this place out and we pull up and a sign shows winter hours open starting at 1pm. Really?? Why does your website not mention this. Sadly, this may be the 1st and last time coming here.

We love the many different flavor options and combinations that are offered here. Like everyone else though, service is very lack luster but yet they want a tip when you pay. The flavored pearls were empty on the toppings bar, and the girl behind the counter stayed on her phone the entire time except for when we had to pay. I’m not sure if she said hello when we entered the place, may have to one of my family members but I was last in the door. If you want a tip, make the effort to explain the process, talk through the flavors and combinations, but by all means, keep the topping available if they are low or empty if you are behind the counter. We will come back, just hope the customer service picks up at this location. It can make or break you

They have dairy free options which is great because my son has a dairy allergy! He had Mango and Coconut with some mango pieces and some strawberry sauce! He inhaled it!

Head management needs to work and step on cleanness and sanitationThe smell of the trash can was like dead animal in it also the outside seating area and the floor looked disgustinginside the front cooler needs cleaningThere is nothing wrong hiring young people but in the same time you need to teach them the right processes to run and manage the place properly this gonna be my last time visiting this place unless i see changesI can’t imagine what’s going on behind the walls.
