Consistently exceptional, this restaurant clearly serves cuisine that reflects Chinese culture, as evidenced by the presence of Mainland and Taiwanese former students enjoying themselves there on multiple occasions. I've experienced fantastic Chinese food in cities like Pittsburgh, Hawaii, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, San Diego, and Alhambra, California, and Xian stands out among them for its quality.

I'm a huge fan of Asian cuisine and have traveled extensively throughout Asia, so I can confidently say that this restaurant serves incredible food. I tried the beef noodle stew and Singaporean noodles, and I highly recommend both dishes—you won't be disappointed!

Xi'an Beverly Hills is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant! Today, my mom went there for her monthly lunch with her friends, and Johnny, the waiter, always knows exactly what the ladies love—they don’t even have to place their orders! He remembers everything by heart! He is so kind to these four octogenarian women, which is so rare in today’s world of indifference and disrespect; it truly warms my heart!
