I usually receive excellent service at this restaurant, and I typically spend between $30 and $50 per order for two people. However, tonight I placed an order totaling $67, and I didn’t receive everything I ordered. I was missing a soup and a main dish. When I called to inform them of the missing items, they acknowledged their mistake but told me I would have to return to pick them up. By that time, we had already been out, returned home, sat down for dinner, and realized what was missing. Going back out to get the food would mean interrupting our half-eaten meal. Their response was simply dismissive. We paid for food we never received, and we usually order from them at least twice a month. This experience really isn't worth it. I'm considering going to Crystal River for better service instead. I had thought we could rely on this place in Beverly Hills, but I was clearly mistaken—they didn’t even offer to credit us for their error. From now on, I’ll travel elsewhere and stop recommending this restaurant to my friends.
I enjoyed the food from here! I ordered takeout for dinner. The food was good, rating it a 3 out of 5. The service was quite nice, getting a 4, and the atmosphere also received a 4. I recommend trying the Honey Chicken and Bourbon Chicken!
This is the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to and it's my favorite spot. The food is excellent! I usually get takeout for dinner, and the price per person ranges from $50 to $100. Highly recommend!
I usually enjoy visiting this restaurant because the owner is friendly and chatty, and the food is mostly good. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. After I placed an order, I showed him the receipt from my previous visit and explained that the chicken dish I had received was inedible—it was dry, tough, and stringy, clearly overcooked. Suddenly, the owner’s demeanor changed. He told me that the chicken is supposed to be dry breaded, not wet, which felt like he was deliberately misunderstanding my complaint. I mentioned that it wasn't convenient for me to bring the food back right away, but he insisted there were no refunds. He then suggested I just order something else, even though I'd already placed my new order. This was the final straw, and I decided to leave.
