Fountain Coffee Room - Beverly Hills

My husband and I were at the Fountain Room this morning. Ruthie was the most fabulous, friendly, attentive server. We sat immediately, coffee was poured quickly, and it made great menu recommendations. The food arrived shortly after the order. Other employees were also friendly and attentive. Great experience, I will definitely be back when I come back to visit Beverly Hills.

I recently had breakfast at The Fountain Coffee Room. I loved how everything was frozen in time. But I wanted a strawberry shaker and asked for one and got a chocolate shaker. The breakfast was okay and nothing to flee. I saw you pressed fresh oranges right in front of you on the hotel website and never happened. Overall, the atmosphere was very cool, but I was very disappointed with the well coffee room I felt that the Lord who took our order was not on what we wanted.

Most bland, disgusting, overpriced club sandwich I ever tasted. Also, it is shown with french fries in the pictures, but not served with fries. What you see is not what you get. One star because the latte was not too bad. But for $8, it should be much better. Also, the room is in a tiny basement, that can barely fit a dozen customers.

I've been coming here ever since I was a little girl. The food is delicious, the tuna salad is my favorite.The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. I really love coming here and recommend it to anyone in the area.

I love everything about this place. The ingredients, the decor, the staff, the service. This place is intimate maybe about 12 seats in the entire place, Denise is fantastic always attentive as is the staff Ruthie and the guys. Although its located at the Beverly Hills Hotel there are mainly locals and long time guests of the hotel. There are some locals or members only secretes that I will not disclose on here : It is said that Elizabeth Taylor grew up hanging out there as her dad owned an art gallery a few steps from the shop. Must try: ORANGE/GRAPE FRUIT FREEZE. So delicious specially on a hot summer LA day. McCARTHY SALAD. Delicious request a grilled jalapeño MARY J. BLIGE PIE. This is a secret pie that is not on the menu it is not always available but, do ask for it. The recipe was given to the chef by Mary J Blige so the legend goes. It's amazingly delicious.
