Bidrage med feedbackA temple for homemade food prepared following old receipts by chef Delfina. Today we enjoyed wide selection of local ham, salami, coppa (neck of the pig seasoned for nine months in a cellar) and Italian bacon together with homemade pickles. Then homemade Tortelli (local type of fresh hand made pasta) stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese and mixed with mushroom sauce; doubled with another kind of Tortelli stuffed with ricotta cheese and pumpkin. Then home feeded rabbit braised for long time in wine, tomatoes and potatoes served with Italian corn pudding. For dessert we ordered the Tiramisu (secret Delfina receipt). While outside is cold and humid inside there is a warm wood fire stove and the lovely Delfina taking care of you like your Mum. Again and again

Cena tranquilla. Antipasto di salumi piacentini, vino una salsa verde e una agrodolce da urlo. Ravioli ai funghi porcini e pisarei e fasoi. Un carpaccio incredibile. Vino della casa, onesto. Gestori super. Da ripetere
Dinner with friends on one of the many themed evenings, this evening meat, carpaccio, grilled coppa and sausage and sliced beef, top raw material... their own beef, animals that are grazing trio of tarts ...all for €35 excluding drinks...all excellent and with an encore of tagliatelle...in addition to these evenings, excellent typical dishes with a varied menu
Trattoria ben curata. Ti senti subito come a casa! Ottimi salumi e formaggi (un applauso alla torta di patate) e per continuare coppa arrosto e tagliata di fassona con le patate! Conto onestissimo. Da ritornare subito.
