Whitey's Ice Cream - Bettendorf

I walked in to order a malt and waited for 15 minutes without anyone asking for my order. Several cars that weren't there before arrived and were promptly served. I informed the staff that I had been waiting long before those new customers, and they responded that they would get to me when they could. Frustrated, I decided to leave and won't be returning.

Whiteys is a must-visit spot in the Quad Cities! I absolutely love their shakes, which are made with vanilla and your choice of candy mixed in. It’s like having homemade ice cream with your favorite toppings blended right in.

I had a rough day, so I decided to treat myself to my favorite ice cream. When I got home, I found a note in my pocket. It was from the kindest worker ever, encouraging me to have a better day. She truly went above and beyond!

Whitey's is the best icecream ever. It's slow, it's busy, but it's absolutely worth the wait. Legend has it Whiteys is right at the legal fat content limit for it still to be called icecream, and I absolutely buy that rumour for how tasty it all is.

If you love old fashioned ice cream, this is the place! Hard pack, lots of flavors n great people!
