Teriyaki Madness - Bettendorf

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The staff member at the front counter provided terrible service and was quite rude. Despite wanting to dine in, they refused to accommodate us just an hour before closing time. Instead, they packed our food and told us to leave. I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Consider yourself warned—it's not worth eating here; even Panda Express has better food.

The person at the counter was unfriendly and served my meal in to-go containers when I intended to eat in. I paid $21 for a small portion of meat and rice, along with a bottle of water, and the restaurant was uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning. I won’t be returning.

The food was prepared swiftly, and the service was quick and courteous. There was ample seating and parking available, and the prices were reasonable.

Chicken teriyaki bowl was good but the service wasn’t. Asked for a certain side for both orders and got something else even though pointed it out on the menu. Couldn’t understand the guy when taking our order due to lack of english he spoke. Saw a lady come in and stand at the counter for awhile and nobody helped her so she turned around and left the restaurant.

I order all the time, like 3 tubes a week. The food is good. If I have it delivered I rarely get what I ordered. It’s simple things like not delivering 3$ bottles of Pepsi or making a small bowl instead of a large. Then I call to get it corrected and they don’t offer to refund. Instead the say cone down and just tell us and we’ll give it to you. Not customer friendly at all and I’m tired of buying 3$ bottles of pop that never get delivered.
