Bidrage med feedbackThe gourmet cookies are great! I also have the sugar cookies. the frosting on it is disgusting. it is the worst tasting frosting I have ever tasted; like plastic chemicals mixed with crisco. why should someone ruin big sugar cookies with this type of frosting?
Had these dinosaur cookies made for my daughter in laws baby shower. Everyone loved them!!
The staff, the service the cookies were awesome! We needed 120 cookies for senior day and they drove them over an hour each way to make sure they got to us fresh and in one piece. They are the best cookies everyone loved them! The attention to detail was terrific, not many people get the laces on a baseball correct they did!! Thanks so much Cookies by Design you guys rock!!
The customer service is outstanding! I live in a state other than Iowa and placed a phone order for my 4 year old granddaughter's birthday. This store did a beautiful job creating and delivering my order so that my grandbaby started her day like a princess, with her princess cookie order. Thank you to all who handled it and made a little girl, and me, sooooo happy!
They went above and beyond and delivered the bouquet a day earlier which was Valemtine”s Day! It made my day as well as my daughter who goes to school out there! And she loved them. The design of the dog cookies were so cute!
