Carvel - Bethpage

I will never go to another carvel, this one is my absolute favorite! Freshest ice cream always, not too mention, Gus his 2 Sons make you feel like family.

Not your typical Carvel! For the ice cream, sure, but the staff could not be a nicer group of people. Unbelievably nice and professional. From the attention to detail on the orders to the polite smiles and positive vibes. The people on this staff could work in a Michelin star restaurant?

When I moved to Virginia nearly 8 years ago, there was one Carvel store, but unfortunately for me, it closed soon after. I recently took my first trip to NY since my move, and chocolate Carvel was high on my list of things I needed. The owner of this store is very, very nice. He has the full line of Carvel products served up in a covid-safe system. Other staff members who served me were just as friendly, professional, and careful. So I shopped here earlier today around 6:30pm I was helped by a young lady unfortunately I didn't get her name but she has short black hair I believe. I've been helped by her twice recently and it's always the most pleasant experience as the young lady is so polite and always has a big smile that you can see clear thru her mask truly a pleasant experience!!!!!!!

Not a usual fan of Carvel but my family likes the BOGO Sundae special they run. This shop was run by a really pleasant and upbeat guy at the take out window even past 9pm when they close soon after. The vanilla milkshake was alittle too thick for me so I had to eat it like regular ice cream but it was good nonetheless for the price paid . Might give Carvel another try in the future .
