We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. We have visited multiple times and it never disappoints. The staff is very friendly.

Our visit to this restaurant was a fantastic experience. I enjoyed the fried chicken while my wife had the rib eye. Both dishes were delicious. We started the meal with an iceberg salad and tomato bisque, and ended it with butter pecan ice cream. Everything, from the food to the service, was excellent. Highly recommended!

Over the years, we have often dined at Adair and have never been disappointed. The food is always professionally prepared and the service, in this case of Martha, guarantees a pleasant evening.

Our server was Martha. My wife, and I, dined with another couple. The service was great and the food fantastic. We went on date night. The Adair allows one appetizer (plenty for two), two entrees, and your choice of two salads, two deserts, or one of each, for just $79. An incredible value for such a great dining experience. The next time we are traveling through Bethlehem, we will definitely be back.
