They have excellent gluten-free bread (big for producing French toast) and gluten-free carrot cake!
I miss Spring Mill bread and bakery at the MOMs Store in College Park. I hoped with their new and larger location that you would also expand there.
We are big fans of Spring Mill bread and their sandwiches. Excellent every time! The staff also rocks!
No oils in bread, a big plus for me, as I now follow a vegetarian diet and a big fan of Dr. John McDougall's plan.
My favorite breads are Pheasant White and Honey Whole Wheat.
