Panera Bread - Bethesda

This place helped me to have sort of an address(to charge my phone and take a break-averagely I would spend like 1-3hours some days) while I was homeless in Bethesda however the staff treated me as evil as they could. There is not a single day I ever ordered a meal and they gave it to me at. For about a week and a half I was eating at this place. And it was not just eating here, I would make sure this place is in absolute order by picking up trash on the floors, cleaning up small spills, organizing the seats and cleaning the bathrooms as much as I could each time I came to this restaurant. I rarely complain having served a disorderly meal, here it was too much but they still didn 't change at all. Sometimes I would order and leave the order with them if they would refuse to put it where it is supposed to be put so that I pick it up. For example if I ordered just one item like in the morning I would order a Cinnamon Bagel by itself(unsliced) and they would slice it sometimes, there wouldn 't be much to change so they would either refuse to place at the 'Rapid Pick Up Zone/Area ', so that I can ask for my order instead of just coming and grabbing my order. Yet they would do it for others. Sometimes would try to give me extra of what I would order for example I had ordered a pastry(Bear Claw) and the staff tried to give me an extra one without me asking for it yet this employee was not even a manager to be allowed to do that. He was offering me what I didn 't need because ME I only wanted what I had paid for! These people were so evil, that I resorted to reusing my cup even though I never had enough space for the cup such that I would just order for a soft drink in the app and just self serve myself without having to deal with the evil staff here. I would not even want to have any conversation with the staff at all because if I greeted them(just that), they wouldn 't respond the normal way at all because there are so evil. I discovered a new breakfast sandwich ???? egg, avocado, cheese, and spinach on a sprouted bun. First place I've visited that served sprouted bread....perfect, healthy breakfast option.

It's a nice spot for a Panera Bread. I a new Baja chicken warm bowl . Too much feta sauce for my liking, but it's not bad. Would definitely like to try the new chicken sandwich next. Customer service was very good.

Cashier was very nice. Dirty outdoor entrance, Dirty bathrooms, Dirty tables, dirty seats, dirty floors. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like?

Ordered online at 11:23 and the estimated pick up 12 :23. I got there at 12:10 and I waited, waited, waited, waited and waited with a bunch of other people who where looking for their lunch. I was told repeatedly that they were working on the order. I was finally given the order (with only one soup order wrong) at 1:09 It took them an hour and 46 minutes to make 7 lunches Never again!
