Golden House - Bethesda

I've been coming to Bethesda from the city for years, and I'll take it from the Golden House again and again. I love this little connection. I have always found her food to be delicious, well prepared and hot. I especially like their hot and acid soup (with is now vegetarian). Often., I will ask her to make bean curd and broccoli that is not on the menu. Now they have a super simple online ordering system. I'm waiting for my order now!

Her beef Brocolli was very tasty compared to the other menu items, i.e. her Vietnamese style Egg Foo Yung (you serve it burned with a Bland yellow curral sauce on the side). They also serve it very quickly from a stand alone attainable efficiency.

Good, comfortable Chinese takeout. The prices are decent. My favorites are the hot and sour soup and szechuan chicken. You have a complete menu of Chinese food with meat alternatives that I still try, but it is impressive.
