Benihana Bethesda, Md

I don't leave too many reviews, but the service was pretty awful. Our server/host was disappointing. He took very long to take our order, never brought water or even utensils to the table and it took an hour to get everything we ordered. I like Benihanas, but this will probably be the last time I visit this Bethesda site.

This was the best time I went and I was in Benihana so often my wife, our friend and I celebrated my wife's birthday and it was just so great I love it.

The food was great, the cook was great. The entire service personnel were very thinly distributed and hardly covered. It was honestly a rather miserable experience compared to the Beaverton site where I go a lot. Whatever you pay your service staff is not enough for what they do, and obviously not enough to get into enough people, so the experience will continue to be miserable until you do that

We have gone to this site for five or so years. That was the busiest we saw in a week. However, everything we would expect, food was good, show was nice, and everyone was happy. Our servers made us feel and appreciate special when celebrating our birthdays. Our bar drinks were great old fashion, Negroni, white Sangri and Beni tini. It seems that prices have risen somewhat, but that seems to be the case everywhere. The photo is a nice touch and will help us remember the good times we had.

Honestly the food wasn’t that good! I’ve had better from smaller Hibachi spots.
