Riverside Cafe Lodging - Bethel

We dined on a Saturday night, and although it was quite busy at 7:30 PM, our reservation allowed us to be seated fairly quickly. The waitstaff was quite busy, but they attended to us in a timely manner. For our appetizer, we chose the fresh tomato and burrata, which was delicious; the dressing was perfectly balanced and complemented the dish wonderfully. We also received a generous bowl of salad with our dinner. I had the baked trout, which was fantastic and easy to flake apart, while she enjoyed the sausage risotto, also delicious. For dessert, we shared the bread pudding, which was very tasty. The portion sizes were ideal for someone with a hearty appetite. The quality of the food rivaled that of some excellent Manhattan restaurants, but at a much more affordable price. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return. It’s located right by the river, and the atmosphere was lovely.

I recently had dinner at Riverside Cafe, and it was absolutely delicious! Every time we visit, the experience is consistently wonderful. The meal includes a generous salad, hot bread, and excellent service. Be sure to ask for Alicia; she is a fantastic waitress and always helps me with gluten-free meal options.

A delightful surprise along the banks of the Beaverkill. The service from Meagan was both knowledgeable and courteous. We tried two of the specials: duck breast with corn risotto and local trout stuffed with crabmeat, served with sautéed vegetables over a short-grain brown rice pilaf. Each dish was meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. Plus, the view of the Beaverkill was breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The views are beautiful.

A hidden gem in the Catskills. If you want a good gourmet meal and good wine this is the place. Call ahead if you want a table overlooking the river, because it is definitely the place to be, especially on the weekends.
