Dunkin' - Bethel

I came here at 2:55 on 2/8/22 : i was sitting the drive thru for about 5 minutes with no response another car behind me. i beeped the horn .. no answer .. waited beeped again and then as finally greeted with a rude: hold on one minute . i didn 'teven order my coffee because i was afraid they 'd do something to it. so i order a donut instead and hash browns instead. when igot to the window i paid. the lady there said you could say thank you to me in a horrible tone. why would i say thank you forthis horrible service ? would not recommend.

I just got 2 dozens of donuts for my friends, they was freshly the service was also good thanks you

Every time I go here they get my order wrong and I don?t notice until I leave. it?s sooo annoying I ask for simple stuff it?s not that hard

Love Dunkin Donuts. For the most part, the one place that I have been going to is located on Greenwood Ave in Bethel, Ct.

Staff must pay attention to what they do, several times I have made my order wrong, I cannot drink regular milk, so I ask almond milk, but of course I got regular milk again. This shop and the one on the main road near Rogers Park need to train staff properly because this happens on both.
