Bagel Crossing - Bethel

It's a tiny place, but her bagels, cream cheese and coffee are good. Nothing crazy or unusual, but what they do is right. One of the muffins from the pastry display, and it's probably the most dry muffin I've ever had and not tasty enough to be worth it. Unfortunately, I threw it away after two bites. All the other thumbs. Good breakfast and for me the staff was friendly.

I recommend the place. Lady and cooking girls were very friendly and friendly. Chicken Grilled Sandwich Delicious... Thank you.

A Very Dishonest ExperienceI came in for the first time late last year because I visit other shops in the area often. They messed up my order (it was freezing cold), and promised if I came back she would make it up to me.I asked if she wanted my name and she said no because she would remember me.Today, I found myself in the area and figured I’d try them again. When I bought it up, she got defensive and told me to make sure its not cold, then pretty much shooed me out.Sad to say, but some businesses truly do not deserve your business or your patience. Learn from my mistake and just go somewhere with better attention to detail and customer service.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich a peppermill turkey sandwich. Reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the hard roll the turkey sandwich was on was stale. It wasn’t wrapped all the way so I’m not sure if by the time it got to me the bread went stale or it’s just stale bread to begin with. Also the website mentioned red onion on the sandwich which is one of the reasons I purchased it and there was no onions at all. The presentation of the sandwich was perfect but it was ultimately wrong. The breakfast sandwich was cold by the time it got to me which is fine and they could have toasted it to melt the cheese but overall it was a delicious breakfast sandwich. I would probably try them again but they need to be more aware of how they prepare things.
