Summer Salts Beach Grill

Really wanted to like this place, but had several problems. It took long to welcome (2 other groups went out and waited not), but we were not in a hurry and reviews were good. It took a very long time to be prepared for food (easy meals) maybe 45 min or so 2 children meals and 2 simple adult meals. The food finally came, wasn't as we said. We asked if rolls were roasted, the answer was yes, definitely. Came undamaged. It should be jasmine rice with fish tacos, but was Bland, Uncle Ben's style rice. I took a bite of the taco (which was very tasty) and then had to find our waitress. When I was looking for her, she was in the kitchen. When I was outside the kitchen, I saw a cooking place a piece of meat on a plate with his hands, then lick his fingers and start eating with his hands, and lick his fingers on the food area. At this point I told the waitress and she was appalled. She composed our meals immediately and we left. She was very friendly and we appreciate her quick response to an obvious health problem. She was the only one who worked on that day who really sucked for her, so I felt bad for her, but she didn't seem to know how to manage the customer environment as a whole, be out of friendly and warm. I would recommend treating the problems in the kitchen. I would also encourage them to maintain at least one ongoing communication when food comes too late or not to standard. We saw that 3 tables came in the value of customers and then in the time we were there. I really hope it was just a very free day, and I hope the waitress does not have to face this situation very often. Not fair for them and definitely not good for the restaurant.

I had lunch here recently and the fish tacos were absolutely delicious. My friend ordered a salad that was large and hearty, which looked great. While the food was enjoyable, the service was quite disappointing. Luckily, we weren't in a rush, so it wasn't a huge issue. They might just be short-staffed.

Everything was excellent. We ordered the seafood fajitas, French onion burger, and shrimp scampi, and all of them were delicious. The portions were quite generous as well.

The food and service was excellent! Will definitely go back. Edit: You must ask for Tanya!!! She is phenomenal...she does it all and with such ease. She's one of the main reasons we loooooooove to go there! The food is great but Tanya is such a lovely lady we love seeing her.

I think we found our new favorite place to go at the beach! The staff was great, the food/drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect! We'll be back in a couple weeks guaranteed!
