Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Bessemer

Try to use the Dairy Queen app for the 2 small shakes for $4 and they said they didn't take the app. Why should the app have listed them as a place to use them if they don't??

This DQ has the worst customer service, the employee has overcharged me for a meal supplement. My food was cold and the waiting time for my order was extremely long. When I repeatedly called back to report the error, the phone was out of service. When I came back to ask for a refund, the manager/owner refused. He just wanted to order food. The manager was very rude. Will not return to this facility.

Do not ruin English speaking intelligent mouth Indians. I wouldn't let my puppies eat here.

The MEAT WAS NOT cooked fresh but the THIN MINT BLIZZARD was fantastic!!!

Probably the best fast food in terms of quality and freshness. Even Chick-fil-A fails on that front with their breakfast food and biscuits. Not to mention they have the best deserts out if all fast food. Sure, it has it's flaws with the drive thru not exactly breaking records for their speed, but I'll take their fresh food right out if the friar or grill anytime over 90% other fast food.
