Room dilapidated in its own juice for the bathroom and the toilets. A room for 3 people with 2 outdoor chairs. Expensive breakfast 14€ even for children under 5 years old. Quiet, beautiful view, good bedding. Too bad; we had to pay the taxes and the breakfasts directly when we arrived in the evening, the next morning another person wanted to cash the taxes and breakfasts for us and surprise it was not the same price !!!! In one night everything changes, so I don't necessarily advise, we don't ask if everything went well, no attention for our child. Bitter taste .

We had lunch on the restaurant terrace. Honestly, the location is worth it: quiet, pleasant, and a top view of the Cantal mountains the zip line that passes overhead. Our kids loved watching. The server was impeccable and pleasant. In the plate we feasted. Hotel very well located in the heart of the resort. Small and dated room, poor soundproofing. For a stay of several days, the housekeeping is very poor. Just the fact bed. For 5 days, no bathroom cleaning or vacuuming the floor even though we pay the same price as the first night. It does not make sense. Regarding the breakfast, the price is too expensive for the service offered. A phrase from them, when something is missing is: staff response, we have not been delivered. (sugar in pieces, butter, white bread and cottage cheese). For a 3 star, can do better.
