Bidrage med feedbackWe did not eat here that the love that our car had broken down, and after 5 hours we hang around us were taken with the taxi to the auberge for the night. To be honest, the last thing we really wanted to do was eat good. Take a bite and hope to get my car back in the morning. the restaurant was packed. as soon as we tasted the food, we could see why. my son and I started with the house, smoked salmon that was from this world. delicious smoke flavour with fresh fish tasting. what I really wanted to do was ask how they did it so I could do it home. my mother had hampered the auvergne who was also delicious. we followed with a bark stew for two of us, full of taste, but slowly cooked so that the bark fell apart. I had bone fitting with puy lenses. the bone was impractical, but had a crispy skin. the lenses were glorious. I love puy lenses. for the gloomy had mum of ice that was delicious. my son had a pot richer, thicker, but fluffy chocolate mousse and I had a disc of the pear tea, which had not long come out of the one. the chef cooks behind a bar and chats with the customers as he does. Sometimes he comes out to chat with them to make sure that everything is in order or just a quick laugh and sweat. Despite a very busy service he could stay calm and happy. wonderful. would be happy to go back.
To really do the superbe kitchen by didier le marechal, they should avoid eating something for a week before. he will not accept that you are full and can't eat anymore! whether pounty as appetizers or potée as main course (both I recommend) or in the did one of the other local dishes with a natural mountainous slant, they want to smile and far beyond them are notmale uptake! the selection of the wee is extensive and all prices are amazing reasoanble. try the shop for some delicious delicacies to also take home!
We have booked a meal in this restaurant for a special celebration with two friends, and we all enjoyed our meals enormously. the kitchen was very high quality and the service excellent. the set menu at 29,50 € was laborious and offered Goos options the only...gripe (le seul bémol) was that the moelleux de chocolat (chocolate fondant) was not soft in the middle more like chocolate sponge cake but still delicious. would definitely recommend if they are in the region of puy de sancy.
To really do justice the superbe cuisine of Didier Le Marechal you should avoid eating anything for a week beforehand. He won't accept that you're full and can't eat anymore! Whether it's the Pounty as a starters or the Potée as a main course (both of which I recommend) or indeed any of the other local dishes with a natural mountaineous slant, you'll want to smile and continue well beyond you're notmal intake! The choice of wines is extensive and all the prices are embarrasingly reasoanble. Try the shop for some delightful delicacies to take home too!
