Cepes lambs (domestic)/Fondues/Raclette/Bavette/veau/Truite/

The lambs are always as good. The last time we tasted them, the restaurant still existed. The grape sauce is scented and the portions are generous. As for the glass nougat (pistache-amande-noisettes), it certainly deserves a hint!
