The Bagel Factory - Berwyn

Great people work there. There were a dozen fresh bagels to order for my husband's birthday this morning. While I'm here, I'll also mention that they've kept Bagels for me for years. Thank you. The jalapeño cheddar Bagels are worth the trip!

We went there this morning to put a table outside and sell popcorn for cubscout. When my son was from his duty, we went in for breakfast. It was as busy and crowded as a popular place for breakfast. My son ordered classic wrap with bacon and cheese. He loved it so much that he ended it on his way home. We'll visit it again.

Debra makes this place so friendly and popular. She welcomes all who come and know our names. Not many places have a manager like them who needs the time to get to know you and knows what you want to order. She also goes the extra mile if people don't show up to work. She works so hard to please everyone. I just learned she's going and the Bagel Factory won't be the same without her. You make a big mistake.

Service is just one step away from the top, but its menu is expansive, its food is delicious and ALWAYS fresh. The price is comparable to the quality.

By far the best bagels anywhere around. Staff is friendly and does an amazing job. Highly recommend!
