Kfc Renmark - BERRI

The restaurant is conveniently located right off the highway as you enter Renmark. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service. There are wheelchair accessibility options and parking available. The public facilities are kept clean. I really enjoy the spicy sauce on the Zinger Stacker burger—it's incredibly satisfying! The hot chips are thick-cut and lightly salted, full of flavor. I also love the tender meal box, and I'm thrilled that I can add extra wicked wings for a little extra kick. The standard Zinger Burger is a great value, and the wicked wings are perfectly crispy. I'm a big fan of the new boneless chicken option, and I hope it stays on the menu!

I picked up some KFC during my lunch break, but it took them 10 minutes to prepare more food. I was okay with the wait, but when I finally received my order, they forgot my popcorn. I didn’t check my order until I got back to work because I was running late. Next time, they really need to ensure they double-check the orders before handing them to customers.

The staff was polite and friendly, which is why I'm giving them stars. However, we received the wrong order; we actually ordered the original zinger, but instead, we got zinger in everything. It was too late to go back and request the correct items once we realized this, as we had already unwrapped everything.

26/07/2020 5:20 pm I love their food quality, but not that is better then most other KFC’s I have been, but their business is so unclean and their personal are usually laughing in the kitchen and joking instead of work instead of sweating and laughing up that not one of the 4th I just saw standing there, joking with each other who could load for their customers to clean I understand the people need

Often doesn 't follow instructions given when placing orders. For example, I 'll lace my order asking for no rib pieces , be told no problem sir , then find at least half-a-dozen rib pieces in my bucket after arriving home. If a special request can 't be filled for whatever reason then that should be communicated at the time of order. But don 't promise what you can 't deliver...
