Landgasthof Hittenkirchen June 2016, At our last Bavarian holiday in June 2016, we have naturally reconsidered where we will arrive in the early evening? Knownly, the sea and mountain air makes particularly appetite. So we have heard and read and decided to visit the Landgasthof Hittenkirchen. Location: If something is hidden and completely outside, my navigation device did not want to be right, but it was found on request. The first horror where are the parking spaces I thought are good behind the house, it can park some cars, but you should be careful with resetting it went there quickly very steep downhill. Later I saw and learned that there were other ways to park in front of the restaurant, so everything was good. Inside: In the restaurant pure and yes you could see this well renovated everything very bright and very friendly. You can sit there very well and one of the absolute highlights for me is the panoramic view of the Chiemsee, so the Megahammer is the first highlight for free. The equipment is natural and should like most, it is very clean everything very accurate. Besides the possibility to dine in the restaurant, there is also a very nice outdoor area where you sit very well in summer because windproof. So you say a small but fine beer garden that can also stimulate appetite and where does a beer taste better than in the beer garden? Staff and food: No matter who the staff were all very friendly, the head of the house we already knew by visiting his first restaurant where we were more often than we made our vacation in Bavaria. This is very warm and really very hard for each of his guests, and this is not a played kindness as it happens elsewhere. For dinner there is a good bourgeois kitchen without very big highlights so much for the smaller wallet. The ordered dishes came here hot on the table, the meat was well made not too dry, even the supplements knew to please here. For asparagus there is a dish every day at a particularly reasonable price, but a little is controlled by the fact that you get all dishes without salad, this must be ordered separately so that everyone has the opportunity to choose freely what I do not find bad at all. The waiting time between order and service was not too long here, so approx. I'm fine for 20 minutes. The drinks were served pleasantly cool and flotted, also asked for the desire of a dessert (Lobenwert). We were here twice in the three weeks of our vacation and also during the second visit with friends it was as described. Conclusion: A restaurant without serious weaknesses, but also no tasteful highlights.
In the last week we came to enjoy eating two times in the Landgasthof Hittenkirchen. To get it to the point, it was wonderful! The meat dishes were excellent, our vegetarian-nourishing daughter was thrilled by the Perlgraupenrisotto with truffle and the Kaspressknödel. The cream was phenomenal with the hay of “our” Seimehof! Great class! The prices are absolutely reasonable! Keep going like this, unfortunately we only see you next May. We are happy now!
Change in May, young innovative family business. Regional products, tastefully prepared and lovingly prepared. Salad and herbs come from the garden. Price-performance ratio fits. I had a shovel on cauliflower puree with apple salad, my husband had a Wiener Schnitzel with potato salad and cucumber salad. In addition, we ordered a portion of frits. Was very tasty super meat quality, the whole with Bavarian refreshing hospitality.
