We had a nice time in the absinthe workshop where I and my colleagues took part during a work trip. the explanations were good and the workshop (under our request) was held in English. we had a lot of fun in selecting botanic for our own absinthe mix, distill it and in tasting, all tongheter, the results of our work. we also had the chance to try a moltitude of gins and liqueurs. unfortunately we do not have any information about the price, as the workshop was organized by our company.

I heard good reviews about local gin and wanted to try. Unfortunately, the shop was closed in the middle of the working day without having information about the working time. the website has also not helped as it is all in german.

We were able to enjoy a gin workshop with friends in the very beautiful location of the Matte Distillery. Simon is a great workshop leader. Authentic, relaxed, competent, funny, likeable. We learned a lot about the origins and production of gin. At the end we went home with a bottle of homemade gin. Great experience! Thanks Simon, thanks Matte Brewery :
