Mama Cook - Berlin

We came to the family dinner here. it is a decent, affordable restaurant. it is beautifully decorated and cozy. the music played something too loud and didn't really fit the ambiente. the food was tasty and the portions were very generous; allergens were very clearly stated...in the menu. nothing to write after home, nothing spectacular, but a beautiful place for a casual meal.

4 extra item was on the bill. They overcharged us with 30€. It’s not a small mistake . It can happen with one drink but with 4 dishes? Even we asked them about it they didn’t fixed. Food doesn’t worth that much tips…

Over two hours of waiting for the food. And thet did not sat sorry ord annything. Bad service and not the best food either..

We were a group of people who had to wait 2 hours(! for our food. Then we ordered a bottle of water, where we had to ask for glasses 5 times before we got any. Service so bad that it’s almost funny

The restaurant was quite crowded in the night, and I had to wait for 20 minutes for a take-away order. One of the waiters was not friendly, and he forgot to give me cutlery. So, I returned and asked for the spoon, but he didn't...even say a word. Very disappointing service. Food was good.
