We ordered 2 pizzas and were delivered to completely different pizzas from the menu.
They hadn’t prepared the food I ordered for pick-up. They told me I shouldn’t have ordered to pick-up, and instead should have ordered by phone.
Pizzas were ok but delivery arrived with pizza boxes on their sides so cheese and toppings had all melted off to one side.
Order took 1.5 hours to get here
