Almost hours waiting for dönerteller and then the wrong drinks at because the ordered weren't there... really disappointing

I had to wait more than minutes for my lunch. When that finally came, I had to throw it away. the tear was disgraceful. never again

So far we have always liked to eat there. at the last order, however, the rice was already spoiled, which one could smell clearly and this time it all came cold...
