Haxnhaus - Berlin

The ambience is really great, seduces us to go to dinner again every year. Only this evening we had to find out that the “kitchen” cannot cook! As an appetizer, had white-worm and liver-knödelsuppe, who were still going, only the must was brought to demand. Operation really quite nice, but something “prollig”. It doesn't fit into such an ambience. As the main course we had the pork carving with roast potatoes. That was a bad decision. It's quite small, but it's okay. The roast potatoes were a disaster. They've probably been lying in the Bratsr all day. They were cold, totally fat and decorated with black-burned onions and bacon, simply “lecker”! _We then asked for new and especially hot roast potatoes. Our wish was immediately and quickly forwarded to the kitchen by the service personnel. Then the carving came back, hot and greasy. The entire plate including carvings and roast potatoes was obviously heated in the beloved microwave, a dream. The same schnitzel, which was already with us before, was formally “destroyed” by the microwave attacks. Our advice to the service personnel has been accepted friendly, but very relaxed. You've been cooking here for years... Good night.

We visit the Haxnhaus des Öfteren. So far we have always been satisfied with the food.. This time we chose the lamb haxe. Unfortunately. The witch was so hard that you had trouble solving something from the bone. We almost suspected it was a mute

Towing, slow service. Let's go a three-quarter hour before the closing time. It's rude! Unfortunately, the supplements were cold at 5 out of 6 people, but the meat was good.

We were three in the Hax`nhaus today, and we liked it very well. The food was super leaks,and the price was very favorable for these huge portions.
