Bidrage med feedbackWe went here last night off the back of the great reviews on trip advisor. We didn't realise you would have to cook the meat yourself using the hot plates on the table however it made for a really fun evening.We were out on a large table with another couple. We order three starters which come out with the mains, we got the roasted veg and then two lamb shanks. For two people this was more than enough as we left the restaurant feeling very contented! For starters we had the humous which came with very amazing fresh bread, meat filled crunchy tortalini and some cheese and spinach filo pastry cones. The lamb shank arrived diced up with some sea salt and pepper seasoning which we could add whilst cooking.The food was absolutely incredible. The service was impeccable. We weren't rushed at all by the staff, in fact, we ended up chatting and laughing with the wonderful couple we shared the table with so much we were the last in the restaurant. This place is a must if you love Turkish food and fancy something different by cooking the meat.
Wer gerne grillt, aber trotzdem auswärts essen möchte, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Wir waren vier Mädels und haben die gemischte Fleischplatte (1 kg) mit Hühnchen, Rind und Lamm mit Vergnügen weggeputzt. Das Fleisch ist saftig und zart, auch die Beilagen waren sehr gut. Krönender Abschluss eines tollen Abends war das Dessert: karamellisierter Pfirsich mit Walnüssen und Vanilleeis - köstlich!
Réservation obligatoire pour ce restaurant turc qui propose un grand choix de mezze et un beau choix de viande à griller. Nous avons pris un assortiment de viande qui étaient toutes tendres et savoureuses, certaines natures d'autres marinées. Tous les mezze et accompagnements (riz et frites) étaient bon également . Les serveurs sont aimables et souriants, le décor sympathique. Que demander de plus ? Possibilité de manger en terrasse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix (moins de 20 euros par personne).Quartier très joli. Station de métro à 2 pas.
Ausgezeichnetes essen mit sehr guten Zutaten und sehr freundlicher Service! Es war reichlich essen für zwei Personen. Preis-leistungs Verhältnis finden wir auch super. (6 mezze für 25 Euro) man sollte auch vorher reservieren.
This place! So we have been here a few times now and each time I'm blown away by the food / quality of food. Fes is just a brilliant restaurant overall. Let's see: the food is superb; the staff are friendly, interactive, welcoming and genuine - and up for a laugh but take their food/drinks serious and with passion; the decor is cool; the service is fast and spot on! It's a fun experience and great for a friendly catch up. Perfect if you have friends visiting or a work event.The food: the meat - go with the 500g or 1kg of mixed meat and add the black Angus. (For 3/4 people or 6/7 people). The meat is honestly one of the best cuts of mixed meats I have ever had. Ever! The mixed plate is chicken, lamb and beef of different cuts. Once cooked each piece is genuinely melt in your mouth and sexy! They flavour the meats with authentic flavours before hand and it is divine. Just remember to not over cook your meat! Make sure the people cooking the meat know how to cook meat also - each table has their own mini BBQ/grill.Sides: wow - the meze. These are little side dishes. These will leave you craving more and googling how to make them! Six meze does 5/6 persons. Recommend: the carrot meze, the beetroot meze, the spinach meze. Finally the rice - sweet divine, they even make the rice sexy! It's delish. We also chose fries - be careful, these are unreal - don't fill up on these before you get into the meat! They spice them and cook them in a manner I've never tasted before. There were five of us and we were all so satisfied and full to the brim! Fes chefs - I take my hat off! You truly are cooking amazing food. To the owners, your restaurant is a fun, cool, enjoyable place, made even better by the guys that are the waiters. Thank you.We will defiantly be back and will spread the word. *** BOOK IN ADVANCE - this place easily books out so avoid being disappointed and book a week in advance if you can. There are two time sittings so check times online.
