China Restaurant HuaTing - Berlin

Staying locally in a hotel and came here as a result of TripAdvisor reviews. Really good food. Had one of the 2 person options. Good portions but not too much. Crispy duck was excellent. Lovely staff. Quiet in the restaurant, no need to book. We'll worth a visit.

My favorite Chinese restaurant! I went to Berlin from Oslo, Norway, after long months of pandemic times, and I was very happy to see that this restaurant has made it through the difficult times. It turns out that they had to be closed for 18 months, not only due to the pandemic, but also because of a water leakage from the floor above them. They have now been open for 7 to 8 weeks, and they seemed very happy to be in to business again. They now have approximately 50 seats outside, which is nice during the summer. Inside, it is the same cosy atmosphere. The service is quick and friendly, and their duck is absolutely to recommend. Don’t miss out on this little gem on Strausberger platz if you are in Berlin and like Chinese food!

Very cozy place with very friendly staff. The portions are more than abundant and the food was tastefully really great. The price is a total of 2 appetizers, 2 main dishes and drinks for less than 40 euros.
