Cafe Villa Oppenheim - Berlin

Extremely unpleasant experience, very rude waiter. I see this is not the first negative comment and a lot of people have shared similar reviews in the past. Hope it gets better but i am not visiting this place again. Additional details: 15 May 2022, around 11:30 am. It was not the oldest man but the other guy. Btw I am glad, owner is taking it serious.

Please change the old waiter! He was so rude, I guess he forgot that part of his job is to be polite to customers who wish to have coffee at this cafe. Not recommended.

11.60 euros for 2 gluhweins heated up in the microwave, straight from a bottle. And we waited for over 10 minutes for this. Never again!

The cafe both indoor outdoor is beautiful. The caffe and cake were also high quality but the older waiter and the waitress were not friendly! I wonder if it’s because of having talk with foreigners with accent or ,… ! That experience made me think if I should skip the place and find other cafe which the vibe is more friendly… . Maybe I will give it a try again based on the quality of the space and friendly attitude of younger waiter

The place is beautiful, food is decent and the coffee good. Cakes are classy great. The waitresses are super friendly and helpful, although seem to have a hard time with their boss the main waitress doesn’t treat them friendly. I‘ve seen that a couple times when getting some coffee there. I don’t know what’s going on in the back, but I hope the climate in the team improves, because every employee deserves to be treated respectful and friendly even when doing some mistakes, and for the customers, because it’s more chill to spend money at places where there are good vibes.
