Azzam - Berlin

En medio de este barrio alternativo y de inmigrantes (Neukölln) encontramos este pequeño local repleto de gente esperando ser atendidos.La comida es abundante y barata (entre 5 y 7 euros cada plato) y gran variedad de platos. El servicio es rápido y atento, aunque hay que tener paciencia ya que siempre esta lleno y hay pocas mesas.Se recomienda compartir los platos.Totalmente recomendable!

Loved it very tasty and huge portions me and my girlfriends were stuffed!!! The Hummus and Baba Ghanoush were particularly delicious, and the portion sizes really were incredibly generous for the price. You are served a whole bag of bread with each meal - very fresh and tasty!One of the best hummus ive had. Thanks

I've never eaten so much. We got a platter for 4 and it could easily have fed 8. The food was delicious. No alcohol allowed but you can sneak a vodka matte in if you know what you're doing.

Going to Azzam for a meal is always like going on a short holiday to Lebanon. The restaurant is always busy and food quality has been solid over the past three years when I have eaten there. The amount of food is sometimes almost intimidating, so don't order too many things at once :-)Their service is what you can expect in a fast food restaurant that is buzzing like Azzam; not great but hey, you go there for authentic food and the experience. And one more thing: don't try not to get a full bag of flat pita breads. It is simply impossible ;-)

Eating here was one of the best spontaneous decisions of my life. Come along, come hungry and leave 98% hummus. You're welcome x
