Bidrage med feedbackThe menu has only 5-6 toasts and they all have either cheese or egg. not a good option if you’re vegan
The staff was super nice and attentive. They all spoke great english and the food was delicious. The avo toast I had was a bit more on the pricey side costing 9 Euros but I was full and happy for the remainder of rhe afternoon so I would say the price makes sense.
I had a meeting in the area around lunchtime and wanted to try this cafe, based on its previous reviews. There are no vegan options for lunch, but only two vegetarian dishes (the avocado toast and the carrot salad), which can easily be made vegan. The food is not bad, but 10€ for an avocado toast composed of only one slice of bread and absolutely nothing on the side is exaggerated, given that you can find avocado toasts for almost half the price is many cafés in Berlin. Although I am petite and avocado toasts usually fill me up, I was still hungry after this one. The waiter was also not nice, almost throwing the plate on my table and rushing back to the counter, not even waiting to see if everything was ok and if I might need something else. In brief, the typical hipster kind of cafe that seems to be blossoming in Berlin, where you will find American tourists more than real Berliners.
