Domino's Pizza - Berlin

Last time we came to this Dominos i insisted i wouldnt be back. Tonight i decided to give it another try. First off the staff should have to wear gloves when making pizzas, second off where is the hair nets. Thank god there wasnt any hair in my food butits still disgusting that thats not a rule. The guy that handled money didnt wash his hands before going to attend to the pizzacooking. The phone rings and they ignore it on purpose. My pasta bowl was completely dry like it been sitting for a while.

Not real sure what to think apparently hair and beard nets are no longer required even thought the guy cutting pizza looks like he has a dead squirrel on his face But hay the food tastes fine

Not very happy with my last order. Everything is so expensive so you'd imagine getting fresh and amazing food. Well that wasn't the case. I can't afford to pay like that for something that's disgusting. I ordered boneless chicken wings and pasta. Chickenwas burnt and cold. Broke a tooth chewing on a piece of chicken! My pasta was all sauce and noodles! No meat! *Edit- Domino'sI'm Berlin cut sounds to the workers so they only have one driver to deliver. I had to wait 2 hrs for my delivery and my foodwas cold! Won't be ordering ever again!!

Posted a few months ago about how I ordered a pizza and was missing product from the pizza. Placed the same order on the 27th of March. Received a pizza with the pepperoni missing. Saw a response to my 1st review and sent a message to it them, still havenot heard from them.

The last 2 times there our orders have been screwed up. This time we received a box of cinnamon sticks instead of 32 chicken wings.....still no refund as promised and while talking to the lady in the evening, I was hung up on. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Next step is Better Business Bureau.
