Zut Tavern - Berkeley

Noise level was high, food is not to write home about, drinks were innovative. Worth trying for the enjoyable ambience and good service.

Salads were uninspired, mediocre at best. Don’t put things on the menu that you are not inspired to prepare well just to fill a category.

The appetizer roasted grapes is awesome! It's a creative combination of flavors, textures and color. Yum!

Very good food and service. Somewhat pricey for what's provided, especially the drinks.

I love Zut for its great food and attentive without being overly annoying service. I especially love their pizza and the Brussels sprouts are a must!!! I would give it five stars but the chairs aren’t the most comfortable.
