At a recent visit to my old stomping place I had the pleasure to visit top dog hot dog standing in berkeley, and it was an incredible experience!

Impolite and rude latino employee, the owner should review their employees . She asked to pay cash for less than 5 , i didn't get her and i was about to pay with card, the employee who was cooking yelled at me and took the card reader with rudeness and told me to leave. I'll never again go to this store, i don't request it for anybody

Top Dog makes the best freaking hotdog on the planet surface. Made to order and ready in minutes. I always get the hot link with Russian hot mustard and sauerkraut sometimes two of them. Unbelievably awesome. We go to a lot of shows in SF and Oakland and always make a point to stop in Berkeley on our way back to Walnut Creek because they’re open till late and they make the best freaking hotdog on the planet surface. Then you can roll across the street to Kingpin doughnuts for 6 or 12 doughnut holes right out of the fryer in case you’re not quite done making really bad late night decisions for the evening.
