The Musical Offering Cafe-bistro

This coffee house is one of the best, boasting a rich tradition of welcoming poets, writers, artists, and musicians. It's an excellent spot to learn or connect with others.

This café is lovely. The double latte is great, and I enjoyed the music from the Sunday Cello Trio featuring Bach and Beethoven (if that was the playlist). I appreciate any place that serves tea in small teapots, and their Earl Grey is quite nice, too. Please note that there is a $5 minimum for credit card purchases, and they offer ginger snacks for just $1. Their S. Pellegrino is a nice addition as well! It’s a charming spot for coffee, surrounded by artwork and students.

I'm so glad I found this cafe recently. The sandwiches are great with fresh ingredients. I tried Turkey Apple Brie, roasted eggplant sandwich and BLTA (Avocado). It's great.

When in Berkeley that was my favorite spot. The musical offering is a pearl in the desert of quality venues. It's not just the food (good!!! Nor the music played there live and offline (good!!! . It's the atmosphere. Go there. You'll come back. For sure. 10 STARS!!

Mak-amham cafe OHLONE pop-up Is the real deal local to the SF Bay area of California, this is thriving indigenous cuisine. Everyone must go. Vincent Medina, co-founder, an indigenous Muwekma Ohlone is enchanting, such a local treasure, after serving all of us he then gave us the gift of the traditional Ohlone story of the 'Blood Monster '. Came on a Tuesday night tawwa-sii Set menu was sweets and tea Cafe style order and pay first Then, elders served first Sweets? Smooth and creamy chia pudding With gooseberries, blkberries, strawberries and cactus, sprinkled with stone ground hazelnuts and garnished with violas. With hazelnut/acorn brownies sprinkled w locally foraged East Bay salt. and Tea? Rosehip Elderberry Nettle Set Menu is seasonal Elders served first. No plastic, combination of greenware and glassware. I brought my own water, may next time bring my own plate/utensils (zero waste thinking)... Definitely will be back.
