Bidrage med feedbackI have been to numerous McDonald's locations, including this one. This particular restaurant is conveniently located and is often the only option available. Unfortunately, my experience with the drive-thru has been consistently disappointing. Orders with more than two items are never correct - whether it be a cold and raw Quarter Pounder or cold, dry, or burnt fries. The nuggets are either cold and burnt or appear older than my youngest child, who is now 26. It seems as though this McDonald's receives subpar food from other locations in the Bay Area. The management and staff do not seem to care or listen to customer complaints. It is frustrating when they repeat the order back incorrectly, hand over the bag, and then act confused when the contents are completely wrong. This establishment should not be difficult to run, as it is all button-operated. If the food is not cooked properly, it is unacceptable. If it is wasted, it is not the customer's responsibility - it is their hard-earned money being spent. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. They need to improve their operations and provide better service.
I placed an online order and when I arrived, I found a bag waiting for me. Initially, the staff said it wasn't mine, but after about 5 minutes, they realized it was indeed mine. It was an innocent mistake, but they handled it graciously. I found them to be much more pleasant than any other McDonald's I have visited.
I placed order #805 on October 26, 2022, and once again, my order was incorrect. I had requested a McDouble but received a McChicken instead. This will be the last time I visit this store. Additionally, the employees act as if they own all the condiments, when in reality it is just ketchup. Very few employees speak English, which has become frustrating.
Sat in drive thru line for 25 minutes to be told at the order window they are only taking cash and not even mobile orders. Then I had to sit in line for another 15 minutes to get out of line to go to a functional restaurant. Atleast put a visible sign outsaying cash only so I don 't waste my time.
My recent visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the rude and disrespectful customer service I received. I strongly encourage the management to address this issue promptly, as it can have a detrimental impact on their business. The incident took place on Saturday, January 27th, at 2:30 AM at the drive-thru. We had ordered an Oreo McFlurry but received an M&M McFlurry instead. When we asked for the correct order, the employee insisted we return the wrong one, even though we had already started eating it. Despite suggesting we keep it to avoid waste, the employee was rude and uncooperative. She threw away the M&M McFlurry in a harsh manner and gave us the Oreo McFlurry with noticeable attitude and rudeness. This poor customer service has led me to decide not to return to this establishment. I hope the management takes immediate action, as every employee represents the face of the restaurant.
