I also shared my experience with their new boba milk tea, expressing disappointment at not being able to receive a large plastic boba straw due to these regulations.Linda's response truly touched my heart. She kindly informed me that at the Berkeley location, they were not bound by the same restrictions and went above and beyond by generously providing me with five extra straws. Her thoughtful gesture ensured that I would have them on hand for future visits to the other location, should I decide to indulge in another boba treat. I went to Jack in the box tonight. It took forever in the drive thru. They gave me a chicken sandwich instead of the jumbo Jack I ordered and a Dr pepper when I ordered a diet coke. Very unsatisfied.

Not too busy Saturday afternoon. Got everything in our complicated order with a smile and extra napkins.

No good customer service at all!! Cashier was rude, I told her 3 plain cheese burgers and she only gave me two and when I told her that I would like to order another one she told me to go back to the line.

First time getting Jack in the box?the munchie meal is superb for what it is! $8 for literally every craving at 8:30PM? And almost no line?! Perfect.
