Crossroads Deli - Bergenfield

I lived so close to crossroads for years and never have stopped by, I came across an instagram ad where they showed some of their menu items and I said I have to go!I drove there and didn’t realize that it isn’t an actual place that you can go in to order and eat but that doesn’t matter. Service was quick and prompt, and I had a nice little chat with the guy at the window because he was super nice and I explained it was my first time here. Will make this my exclusive breakfast go to and bring others as well

The pandemic is over. When are you letting loyal paying customers back into the store so we don’t have to line up outside like we’re at a ghetto bodega behind bullet proof glass? Very disrespectful.In response to your answer below, I’m sorry but speaking as someone who worked in the food and beverage industry for over a decade, I don’t know of any reason why letting people into your store would impact quality control or productivity. As regards my negative rating, yes, being asked to stand in a bread line while unnecessarily exposed to the elements in order to purchase mediocre food, at best, affects my overall opinion of your establishment. I’m sure you can find ways to ensure quality control and productivity that don’t negatively impact those of us who may be elderly, have disabilities or other physical limitations. It’s just not a welcoming vibe, dude.

I just had the best most hassle free experience with Crossroads that I couldn’t not give them public recognition. I simply just wanted a roast beef sandwich, they only deliver through DoorDash and Ubereats so I chose DoorDash due to past successful experiences and placed my order. I followed up by calling because I’m disabled at the moment and also wanted to make sure certain details of my order went through, spoke with Andy, he found me instantaneously and wrote down my specific delivery instructions and was so nice and accommodating about it, it was so refreshing. Moments later I received my delivery as I instructed and he made it so simple and worry free I was just so grateful! I will definitely continue to use Crossroads as much as possible and recommend to others as well! Thanks so much Andy and Crossroads Deli, you your food and prices are awesome!! ???

We ordered some food from their catering menu for a birthday party and it was absolutely delicious. Andy was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend this place can't wait to go back and grab a sandwich for lunch which I hear are all the bomb!!

I wish I could rate this deli 10+ stars! Great customer service and amazing food! Everything’s made with love, all of the puddings are top tier. I can’t pick a favorite sandwich because they’re all so amazing. Catering services are excellent and have great options.Whether you’re in the area or not, this place is definitely a spot you MUST try!
