Rugard - Bergen auf Ruegen

Very bad service or organization! had ordered a table for the beginning of the school when we were in front of the place to eat 12.30 clock, no one knew anything about a reservation! in the dining rooms were no guests, on request we were offered only seating outside. unfortunately it was windy to eat there at lunchtime. actually we wanted to support our restaurants as citizens of bergen, but this restaurant does not seem necessary.

Also a non-hotel guests should be served publicly, if they are eaten in the restaurant. we were more than an annoying necessity. not recommended, the spice rugard, wofer were not caramelized, the bratkartoffels in the middle of the crushed butter and in the grilled medaillons of the pork fillet of the service had to ask before whether the meat is well made or medium desired. we hope something changes in the house.

Around a super opposite a long walk ... many away and natural-clean ... the rugard läd for inner relaxation in and is a beautiful place to let the souls bangle.

Very nice hotel with super service. small and family. room very nice and spacious. breakfast buffet delicious and a large selection available. eating in the restaurant very good and super fresh. price performance top
