Bidrage med feedbackAs we had to change the day of our visit to bergamo, the original restaurant in which we had planned a lunch was closed, so that we wandered a little further on the hills and discovered campanella and were very glad that we did. cordial greetings from a friendly woman who appeared as owner, and we decided for the menu degustatione, a four course tasting menu that was 30 euro per person including a glass wein. Now, we needed a whole bottle of the beautiful vino rossa della casa, so that the beautiful server gave us a beautiful bottle aqua instead. the local Bergamo specialties were all well represented with tagliatelle with fresh porcinis, and their casoncelli alla bergamasca, a filled pasta, typical for the city in a butter and sage sauce, both of which were served in their individual cooking fields. next we have local sausages on polnta and a fantastic cut bark on polnta, like the most tender pot roast ever. dessert was a beautiful vanilla ice cream cream affogato with espresso poured over, so I think they can see that we love the entire experience that sit outside under the brandy with the perfect look at the surrounding hills.
I don't get all bad reviews for this restaurant. I had one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in my life for about 9-10 euro, which seems legit. the staff was very friendly. Maybe the owner changed?
Delicious food. reasonable price. visited 08 october 2019 ~19.00) we had a pizza margarita, penne carbonara, 2 beers: a total of 32€. the young lady who served us, smiled and well gifted.
I do not recommend braised beef with polnta, not worth 20 euro. there were also dirty toilets.
27 euros for two pizzas and water, it is so expensive, and you are paying for pizza with too much mozzarella with ingredients that are cheap, only taste that u have is this mozzarella beacause there is so much of it and it is not even tasty. By far The worst pizza in Italy I have ever eaten
