We, on the other hand, placed our order, which wasn’t very elaborate, yet we ended up sitting and waiting for a long time. More people arrived, ordered, and received their food after us, while we waited for over half an hour without a sign of ours. The young man was too busy to pay attention to our order. I eventually approached him to ask how much longer it would be, and he replied it would be another 10 minutes. By that point, we were served cold burgers and cold fries. It was not worth it to go back, especially since I’m on the road a lot for work. I would not recommend eating here.

I waited in the drive-thru while three cars went through the other lane. This isn't the first time I've experienced this, and it's not only happening in the left lane.
