Why didn’t you let me know you were out of pumpkin cake until after I paid? Is this the cupcake you gave me instead? No, thank you. I’ve noticed that whenever I order apple pie, it’s always overcooked, and I’m pretty sure that’s the case here as well.

I am constantly amazed at the new deep that I experienced at this mcdonald’s. it is a mcdonald’s, I don’t have high standards, but this place somehow always manages to disappoint. tonight I went through the drive and ordered two mcchicken sandwiches. that was, nothing more complicated about the order. When I finally got my food, I thought the bag seemed a little light and safe enough, they gave me only a sandwich. When I went home to collect my second sandwich, I had to wait one for someone to ask if I had waited for it. I explained that I miss a sandwich, and the woman working there informed me that they only arrange me for one before going away. Great. next to the abyss service the floors were sticky and the restaurant stunk. I don't think I'll be back soon.

I really dislike writing negative reviews, but it wouldn't be fair to give a positive review for poor service, as it won't help improve things or inform others about what to expect. I waited for 15 minutes for my drink and had to ask for an update. The manager suggested I come in because he couldn't get through. I even placed my order, but I ended up waiting for a total of 30 minutes and finally went to Circle K, where I found better prices and customer service. There’s definitely a need for improvement at this restaurant, and it was clear that the manager’s presence made a difference in the past.
