Been 3 Times in a row between 12 and 1 o'clock and it's been shut even though it closes at 3?

Lovely friendly staff, fantastic service and the croissants are to die for

Been twice and never seem to have anything cooked even though lots of customers.

Been 3 times, closed twice (but screens on and door wide open with signs outside). Major let down.
