Pho Palace - Bentonville

Environment is nice, the people friendly and the food tasty (if you like your broth on the slightly saltier side). However, service was slow and very disorganized and we weren't given then exact food we ordered. Ordered 2 brisket Pho and both came out with different kinds of mixed meat. If they can polish up their service speed and attention to the order it would be a solid stop.

This is a great place to grab a bit or a meal. Everything is cooked to order staff is friendly. I asked for mayo but the waitress said it was already mixed with pate but she'd check with kitchen, 2 min later she brought me a some mayo. Prices are very reasonable too.

Nothing is authentic here. They have too many things on the menu. They use so much bottled walmart sauces it's not even funny. Mangolian shrimp? Swimming on lawry's terayki sauce with an overload of ginger. No peppers no onions. Nothing cooked with oil. Worst restaurant for Asian food I've ever had food from. Had to put it in another container cause it leaked everywhere

We decided to give this place a try and definitely regretted it. The food was terrible, the shrimp tasted old. The Pho Soup was not very good and the meat tasted rancid. The Pan Fried noodles were fried to a crisp, which I have never seen. My wife got up from the table with instant diarrhea while at the restaurant! I asked for the bill and it was $78.00 for a horrible experience!! Will never be back and would never recommend this place to anyone I know. They will not be in business for very long. I know because I am in the Food Business!!
