Papa John's Pizza - Bentonville

You are great!!!! Every order rocks, but today's order was particularly fantastic!!! I would like to thank everyone who prepared my order intake, said that my order of Donna so Donna and her crew was managed on 2/20/2019 at 9 a.m....DONT STOP MAKING LOVE TO THE PIZZA YALL ARE SUPER GREAT!!! Shoulda gave a bigger tip!!!

My family and I have ordered from this location multiple times. Not once was there a mistake! They are very detailed in how they get things done here. Always a great experience. And the staff is always friendly!

I forgot to order marinara sauce with my delivery order so I called immediately and asked them to add it which they happily did. Then they delivered our order and forgot the sauce. So I called and they offered to send the guy back with sauce even though wewould be done eating by that time. Then the delivery guy called me to apologize and offered to bring me a 2 liter soda, but wedon't drink soda so he offered $10 cash. When he got back to our house he said it was from his tip money and the store said theycouldn't do anything for us so he was willing to make it right himself. We declined. It's not his job to make things right evenif it was his mistake. If papa John's cared about their customers at all they would be willing to make it right. In addition,they have absolutely terrible quality checks or just don't care what the pizza looks like because the pizza we received wasterrible-half the crust was completely bubbled up.Trash. If you care at all and feel like you maybe want to do something to makeit right, this is my order number from 8/13/2022. Order #978943502

We typically order online but this past Saturday I called instead. To my surprise Thailand answered, so the language barrier made it difficult. Long story short I ended up paying $58 for 4 mediums that should have been $8 each, all because I didn't mention the special on the phone. It didn't require a coupon. Why should I have to remind you of a special you are running? Wewon't be coming back here for our weekly family pizza night.

Papa John's in Bentonville is one of the best restaurants in the city. The person at the reception was very welcoming and pleasant, answering all my questions with a smile. The service is excellent, making it a worthwhile stop for anyone seeking delicious pizza in Bentonville.
