Eureka Pizza - Bentonville

The daily value here is great. The service is usually good, but the systems could use a little modernization. I've had some trouble especially between website or regional promotions and transference to local stores. However, the staff has always been willing to correct problems. The breadsticks are hit and miss it seems, sometimes coming out black on bottom, but when they aren't burnt, they are delicious! At the end if the day I think their pizza is a great value and unless you have some killer deals or coupons somewhere else, this place takes the gold.

I wholeheartedly recommend Eureka Pizza to anyone! Since I was a child, it has been a tradition for my family to enjoy a meal there every Sunday, and I've always loved their food. Many of my fondest childhood memories revolve around our Sunday visits. Now that I’m a young adult, I continue this tradition, stopping by for pizza almost every Sunday, and I still enjoy it just as much as I did growing up. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. I’ve never encountered any problems or complaints. I also appreciate the opportunity to chat with Johnathan East, the Supervisor; I see him there nearly every Sunday. He’s a wonderful person who deserves recognition for all his hard work.

I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who loves Eureka Pizza as much as I do. I can't really put my finger on what makes it so special for me, but it definitely has to do with the crust and the perfect amount of sauce. Some people I know think there’s too little sauce, but I actually enjoy it just the way it is. The pizza is always delicious and fresh, and the delivery drivers are incredibly friendly! There have been times when I’ve walked in and the cashiers seemed a bit awkward, but they are still very nice, and I appreciate chatting with them, even if it’s just for a few moments while I pick up my hot and ready pizza. Whenever I have a craving for pizza, it has to be Eureka. This particular location has been my go-to for about ten years now (thinking about how much pizza I’ve ordered here is a bit embarrassing!), and despite the staff changes, I’ve always been impressed with the quality and friendliness I’ve experienced. My partner once tried to place an order and mentioned that the person on the phone was rude about the address, and when we needed to cancel the order, they sounded really annoyed. That kind of attitude is unnecessary, but since I haven’t personally encountered it, it doesn’t affect my review after so many years of great service.

This pizza place is fantastic! I really enjoy their thin crust pizza, delicious sauces, and the Tuscan cheese blend cheese sticks! I highly recommend it! As a fellow pizza restaurant owner, I love exploring different pizza recipes, experimenting with various crusts, cheese combinations, and sauce recipes. Each of us has our unique approach to using ingredients to create our signature dishes. While our tastes and ingredients may differ slightly, I appreciate the individuality that each restaurant brings, showcasing their own style and brand!
